ET™, CAPSTONE™, Phazer™ and Hubbed Razorblade®

ET™

E.T. grinding wheels feature a ‘built-in’ grinding angle, which allows the operator to keep their elbow lower and their shoulder more relaxed than they would with a Type 27 or Type 28 wheel. This patent pending ergonomic design reduces worker fatigue.

The E.T. shape also provides aggressive metal removal with less pressure, and without gouging the work surface. It is intended for both flat surfaces, and rugged edge grinding or beveling. It is especially effective on curved surfaces, where the operator must reach or stretch to perform the job.

E.T. wheels are designed to fit under standard angle grinder guards. They are built with 3 full layers of high tensile fiberglass reinforcement for maximum workplace safety.

CAPSTONE™

CAPSTONE™ is a brand new patent pending grinding wheel designed as a safer and more productive alternative product to Type 6 and Type 11 cupstones. It is designed to be used with Type 11 guards on a greater variety of power tools and in the same demanding applications as non-reinforced cupstones, such as foundry cleaning stations and structural steel fabrications, but is fully reinforced with four full layers of fiberglass for added safety. Capstone™ is a unique saucer shaped wheel with a built in grinding angle for extra fast grinding action with less operator effort.

Phazer™

Phazer™ non woven flap discs are designed with all of your Industrial and DIY projects in mind.
They are great for surface preparation on metal, concrete, plastic, fiberglass and wood making them one of the most versatile non woven products.
Excellent for removing surface defects, light edge burrs, parting lines, flashing, rust, oxides, corrosion, paints and scale.
Available in 4-1/2″ and 5″, Type 29, and in four grades – Coarse, Medium, Fine and Extra Fine.

Razorblade®

Razorblade® wheel combines fast, chatter free cutting with exceptional wheel life making it the wheel of choice where wheel usage is high and wheel downtime is a concern. Available in 4-1/2″, 5″, 6″ and 7″ in both Type 1 and Type 27. 4″ are also available in Type 1.
Now available 5/8-11 zinc spin on hubs in 4-1/2″, 5″ and 6″ diameters.
